"You / Customer" means a consumer purchasing a T-shirt via our store.
"Order date" means the date you placed the order.
"Personalised / Custom / Bespoke Goods" means T-shirts where you have requested custom design, name, text, or unique modifications not offered as standard products.
Cooling-off (Cancellation) Period & Change-of-Mind Returns
For non-personalised / standard designs, you have the right to cancel the order within 14 calendar days from the day you receive the goods.
You must notify us in writing (email, web form) that you wish to cancel.
Once cancellation is notified, you have 14 calendar days to return the goods to us (unless we agree to collect).
We will refund you the order cost (including standard delivery) within 14 calendar days of us receiving the returned goods (or proof of return).
For personalised / custom goods, change-of-mind returns are not accepted (unless we accept at our discretion), because the goods are made to your specifications.
Important: This exclusion only applies to non-faulty goods. It does not affect your legal rights if a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
Faulty, Damaged or Misdescribed Goods
You must inform us of the issue within 30 days from the date you received the item.
We may ask for evidence (e.g. photos) and, if validated, we will either replace the item or issue a full refund (including shipping) within 14 days of agreeing that a refund is appropriate.
If the fault appears after 30 days (but within 6 months), we'll arrange repair or replacement where feasible. If we can't fix or replace, we'll offer a refund.
If more than 6 months have passed, you may still have rights, but you might need to prove the fault was present at delivery.
Return Shipping Costs
For change-of-mind returns (standard goods), you (the customer) will bear the cost of returning the item — unless otherwise stated when placing your order.
For faulty, damaged or misdescribed items, we will cover the reasonable return postage cost (or may arrange collection) so you are not out of pocket.
Condition of Returned Items
Items should be returned in their original condition (unwashed, unworn, undamaged, tags intact).
We reserve the right to reduce a refund if the goods are returned in a condition beyond what is necessary for inspection.
Refund Method & Timing
Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used originally, unless you expressly agree otherwise.
We will refund within 14 calendar days of the date on which we received the returned goods, or evidence of their return (whichever is earlier).
There will be no additional charge for the refund itself (we won't impose fees for refund processing).
